Spinach Dip

1 10 oz pkg Frozen chopped Spinach
1 cup Mayo
1 cup sour cream
1 pkg Knorr Vegetable soup mix
1 cup water chestnuts, chopped and drained


Thaw spinach; place on paper towel and press out moisture. Combine all ingredients, mix well. Cover and chill. Serve with French bread or raw vegetables.
