I have a hard time getting Laney to eat healthy things. So one thing that we try to make often and that everybody loves is this Berry Smoothie.
1 big banana
1 1/4 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries....anything you like. I normally buy the frozen bags of mixed berries.)
1 cup low fat or fat-free vanilla yogurt
3/4 milk
Put it all in a blender and mix it on high until the mixture is smooth. Pour in glasses and serve. Makes about 3 -4 cups.

Yummy! Maybe you already know this, but I freeze my bananas when I have too many or they are starting to get a little ripe and I know I won't eat them. Then I use them in smoothies and I don't waste my bananas and they are still yummy! Just make sure and peel the bananas before you freeze them....
